Yes, it is definitely Bob Strong, toward the end of his career.
Last I heard, he was living somewhere in Seattle apres retirement.
Thank you Celia and Joann. We have many photos of Bob Strong during the early part of his career at RPI, but then there is a large gap in time to the photo in the blog. Now I can file it away!
